The Bright Futures 5k is a fundraising event of Kurn Hattin Home and School for Children. By registering for and participating in the Bright Futures 5K, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and understand that running or walking a 5K involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage.
I hereby release and hold harmless Kurn Hattin Home and School for Children and The Bright Futures 5k organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I certify that I am physically able to participate and agree to follow all event rules and safety instructions. I grant permission for event organizers to use photographs, video, or other media taken during the event for promotional and fundraising purposes without compensation.
