Community Enjoys Kurn Hattin’s 7th Annual Spring Fling
May 23, 2012 | Westminster, Vermont – Saturday, May 19th was a perfect day for Spring Fling. Spring Fling provides the youth of Vermont and New Hampshire with a fun filled day celebrating the arrival of spring, while promoting healthy drug free activities.
Thank you to those who made a free-will offering to benefit the Kurn Hattin NFCCE Youth Activity Program. Special thanks to all the volunteers, umpires and the following organizations and individuals: Bellows Falls Interact Club, Bellows Falls Rotary, HPC Food Service, Inflatable Fun, NY Capital District Corvette Club, Pepsi Bottling Co., Putney School, Ruggiero Trash Removal, VIP Corvette Club Display, Westminster Activity Commission, Westminster Fire Department, Windham County Sheriff’s Department, Youth Services of Windham County, Mona Frye and Brenda & Wayne Turner. Kurn Hattin Homes is a charitable, residential, year-round home and school for in-need and at-risk children, ages 6-15, from throughout the Northeast.
