It’s Sugar Season at Kurn Hattin

The cold temps caused Kurn Hattin Homes to get a late start in maple sugaring this year. All students help in the sugaring process. Pictured are farm managers Real Bazin and Conor Fitzgerald with some of our youngest helpers. End result? An appreciation of where real food comes from, and pancakes with syrup they helped make!
