Kurn Hattin Students Selected for Vermont Music Festival

November 6, 2019

Seventeen Kurn Hattin students were chosen to perform in the upcoming Vermont District VI Music Festival which will be held at Bellows Falls Union High School on Friday, November 22nd and Saturday, November 23rd.

The Fall District Music Festival is one of two annual festivals sponsored by the Connecticut Valley Music Festival Association (Vermont Music Educators Association – District VI), whose mission it is to create enriching musical experiences and high standards of musicianship for area students.

The Kurn Hattin students will be a part of an 80 member chorus made up of some of the very best middle school singers in southeastern Vermont. Students from participating schools were chosen by audition or teacher selection to participate.

The two day event will culminate in a musical performance, open to the public, on Saturday November 23rd at 3pm. Tickets will be available at the door at the Bellows Falls Union High School.
