Kurn Hattin To Host 20th Annual Choral Invitational
March 5, 2012 | Westminster, Vermont – On Wednesday, March 21st at 7:00 pm, students from seven local schools will participate in Kurn Hattin Homes’ 20th Annual Choral Invitational. The event will be held in the Higbie Auditorium in the Mayo Memorial Center.
The schools participating are: Bellows Falls Middle School, Walpole Middle School, Fall Mountain Regional High School Madrigal Singers, St. Joseph School, Leland & Gray Middle School, Leland & Gray A Capella Group, and Kurn Hattin School. The choral groups will perform a wide variety of songs and will conclude with all schools and the audience singing a song together. Master of Ceremonies is Tom Fahner, Deputy Director at the Homes. Special guests: Tim Janis and Moonlight Davis. Admission to the performance is free with canned goods being collected by the student council for donation to the food shelf at Our Place, in Bellows Falls. Mark your calendars, on Wednesday, April 11, Kurn Hattin will also be hosting the Kurn Hattin Jazz Band Invitational at 7 p.m.
