Magnificent Snowperson Greets at Kurn Hattin

December 17, 2010 | Westminster, Vermont – Who needs snow when you have hay? At well over 12 feet high and weighing over a thousand pounds, a glorious snowperson greets passers-by at the entrance of Kurn Hattin Homes in Westminster, Vermont. Ollie Kimball, maintenance crewman, built the snow person with three plastic wrapped hay bales for the body, a 5 gallon bucket and a tire for the hat, 5 gallon bucket lids for the buttons, a tablecloth for the scarf, painted wooden pieces for the face and large tree twigs for the arms. One can’t help but smile when passing by.
