Erin Beaudry brings heart, energy, and experience to her role as Kurn Hattin’s Individual Giving Officer. With nearly two decades of leadership in community programming and engagement, Erin is driven by a belief that genuine connections create meaningful change.
“I’ve danced around philanthropy for a long time,” Erin says. “This role brings together everything I care about: community, youth development, and helping people see the difference they can make.”
Every donor is unique. I want to know why our work matters to them, and help them feel a genuine connection to what they’re making possible.
At Kurn Hattin, Erin works closely with individual donors to build lasting relationships rooted in trust and shared purpose. She’s passionate about getting to know each supporter’s story and motivation for giving. “Every donor is unique. I want to know why our work matters to them, and help them feel a genuine connection to what they’re making possible.”
Before joining the development team, Erin served as Community Health Grants Manager for Mt. Ascutney Hospital in Windsor, Vermont, and spent five years in community impact and outreach at Mascoma Bank. She’s also a champion stock car racer, a youth mentor, and an event planner who has led philanthropic initiatives across New England.
At Kurn Hattin, Erin is channeling that same drive into donor engagement and community-building, including the launch of the school’s first Bright Futures 5K, coming in the spring of 2026. “We’re inviting people to come see this beautiful campus and meet the children whose lives are being transformed. The kids are what’s inspiring—if you attend a sports game or Visitor’s Day, you’ll see exactly what I mean.”
For Erin, it’s all about the long game. “In the short term, I want people to understand who Kurn Hattin is today. Long term, it’s about building community, strengthening relationships, and showing our donors that their generosity is in good hands.”
When she’s not building partnerships or mentoring young racers, Erin is outdoors, on the track, or spending time with her family in Southern Vermont.
