TEE It Up for the Children

July 1, 2014

The weather couldn’t have been better for the Twentieth Anniversary Kurn Hattin Golf Classic held on July 15th at the Keene Country Club in Keene, NH. Over 120 golfers participated in the event, along with many generous corporate and hole sponsors. The first Kurn Hattin Golf Classic was the brain child of Executive Director Christopher Barry, as a fun way to raise funds for the Homes. Since then, the “Classic” grew steadily each year, and has raised over $315,000 for children’s services throughout its twenty year span. Though this was the final year for the tournament, we’re already busy planning an exciting new benefit event. Stay tuned for future announcements and thank you to the Golf Committee and everyone who made the Kurn Hattin Golf Classic a premier benefit event for the past two decades.
