February is National Heart Month and today, February 3, is National Wear Red Day to raise awareness for heart disease. The Kurn Hattin Homes’ students and staff are all showing their support by wearing red. Did you know that 1 in 3 women die from heart disease every year? Heart disease is a leading cause of death for Americans.
